A sacred illness is one that educates us and alters us from the inside out, provides experiences and therefore knowledge that we could not possibly achieve in any other way.

Clients say:

"Efrat offers insights that come from a place of deep intuitive knowing, and skillfully ushers her clients to find this same sacred place within themselves."

"Efrat helped me explore my thoughts and feelings about cancer in a way that elicited what I didn't know about myself. With this I was able to face my anxiety and transform my perspective and feeling. It is obvious the she has embodied her own healing and teaches/guides from the essence of her life."

Healing Guidance

Supporting people with a cancer diagnosis and other health and life challenges.

My work is based on the profound knowledge that in the face of life's challenges, each of us has an innate healing capacity that can be rallied in our own support. When such challenges arise, I offer to be a companion along the path—listening, exploring, sifting, prioritizing, clarifying, strategizing. I encourage, help and empower you to make choices that support physical healing, emotional well-being and a sense of hope and purpose. It is a path I am closely familiar with as a "graduate" of a 2001 metastatic ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment, and my own healing journey.

In an intimate and nurturing environment, we explore the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing and life-affirming choices. Some of the challenges and opportunities that often arise are self-concept, personal relationships and relationships with medical providers, healthful eating, supportive movement, meditative practices, creative expression, personal beliefs, and faith.

When appropriate, I combine Healing Guidance with Zero Balancing bodywork to allow for deep relaxation, help integrate the session and enlist the profound healing response of the body/mind.

A session lasts 1-1.5 hours
My sliding scale fee is $30-$90 for 1 hour session, $40-$120 for 1.5 hours
